My own brand of natural skincare products, handmade in Hoedspruit.
My journey with natural skincare products started when I purchased a deodorant free of aluminium, phthalates and parabens. Having noticed the positive change in my health, I started digging further into the ingredients used in everyday skincare products, and the effect it has on our health; of particular interest to me was the effect that it could have on our hormones.
The porous nature of skin means that products can penetrate through the superficial layer of the skin, therefore the products you choose to put on your skin can affect your health and sense of wellbeing – not only your skin.
Making my own natural skincare products allowed me to hand pick each ingredient so that it would be of benefit to my body and mind. These are benefits which I hope to share with each and every one who chooses to use a Home & Wild product.
Our aim is to move back to Mother Nature.
We offer a wide range of Naturally inspired products, using only ingredients found in nature and without all the harmful chemicals and preservatives found in modern products.
All our products are made by hand with only the best raw ingredients which will treat your body the way it deserves to be treated.

Southern Africa is home to a truly magical plant known in English as the Resurrection Bush and to the Zulus as Uvukwabafile.
The name is owed to its unique ability to seemingly come back to life even after years without water. Steeped in mystical, magical and medicinal history, the Resurrection Bush lives up to its reputation, proving to be invaluable in the treatment of a myriad of diseases and ailments.
Uvukwa Organics was founded in reverence of this plant – and other indigenous plants like it – and their healing abilities. It is our hope to reintroduce the knowledge and use of these ancient plants to the modern world. They are the heroes of our story.
At Uvukwa Organics we have made it our mission to capture the pure healing power of plants to create potent and safe products for everyone. Every plant ingredient we add has a purpose, is all-natural and locally grown in South Africa.
Needless to say, our products and packaging are low impact – fairly traded, recyclable and reusable.
Returns & Refunds:
As these are cosmetic products, returns cannot be accepted. However, should you find a product to be faulty please get in touch so that this may be resolved on an individual basis. The founders of these three brands take great pride in their products and we will always look out for the best interests of our customers.
